As you might expect, since graduating from law school almost thirty (31) years ago, Paul has represented clients and/or garnered legal experience regarding a wide and varied array of legal matters, issues, and cases.  Generally, our areas of practice are:   

• Family Law cases, including divorce and child-related issues;

• Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning cases, including the drafting and modification of wills, basic and complex trusts, deeds, transfer-on-death agreements, and so forth;

• Expungement of criminal records;

• Misdemeanor matters

• Lien law cases (representing both contractors and homeowners);

• Property disputes (ownership, boundaries);

• Contract disputes;

• And most other civil and minor criminal cases.

Yes, Paul is licensed to practice law in the state of Montana.  He has graduated from an accredited law school (The University of Notre Dame), has been certified for admission after a rigorous character & fitness review by the Montana Board of Bar Examiners, and, of course, has passed the Montana Bar Exam. 

Paul's physical office is in Ennis, Montana, and he primarily serves clients throughout Southwestern Montana -- Madison County, Gallatin County, Beaverhead County, Jefferson County, and Silverbow County.  Walk-ins are discouraged and appointments are strongly preferred.

Yes, Paul is able to represent clients who may live outside Montana and who have legal issues in the state.

Paul personally speaks with everyone seeking to work with him and sets a fair and reasonable fee based on your specific situation and circumstances.  Credit cards and short-term payment plans are accepted in special circumstances, too.
